Andrew is fantastic! He listens and takes time to know his clients. I had doubts about my selling my home because of it’s location, but after sitting with me and explaining step for step how the process would go, my house sold so fast that I never had the opportunity to place a “for sale” sign out front. Andrew was able to secure a U&O (use and occupancy) once my home sold which allowed me stay in my home once it sold - for an agreed upon time of course - while he helped me find a home to purchase. Andrew’s patience and tenacity is par excellence…not only did he help sell my former home, he was instrumental in finding and securing my current home.
