Woodland Square Apartments

This place is terrible, they hire contractors who can't speak or understand English, nothing gets fixed, they don't answer the phones, really nice at first, furnace doesn't work, they came like 10 times...they don't know, what they're doing...my electric on the back wall haven't worked for a year, but the moment you're late, the fee on your door the next morning, not missing a beat but you can't properly manage correctly? But got time to do that without missing a beat, that's funny. They told us everything the furnace shut off just switch the breaker, off and on, which isn't safe btw, asked to get reimbursed, I can't use the garage disposal, without using a extension cord from another socket, I can't even run my air conditioners without the lights flickering, he also came out 3 times for

Do not move here! Do not! Very money hungry, maintenance doesn't fix anything they cover it up, mice and other bugs all over, stray animals everywhere. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious , Just don’t do it you’ll regret it. It’s not even worth your money My ceiling leaked for so long they never fixed it, whoever lives there now if you have holes above your sink it’ll leak from water damage

Current resident. When I signed my lease papers, gas was part of the apartment complex's responsibilities. Now however I have been made aware that they will no longer be honoring that part of my initial lease. Maintenance is sub par. This isnt on the maintenance men themselves, as they are possibly some of the nicest people I have ever met. Instead the management ignores code violations, they ignore repair requests. I have four outstanding repair requests since March of this year ( it is October as of this review). The wiring in my townhouse is sub par, with my breaker box having 8 connections, and yet five of my rooms go to one switch. My outside box is somehow wired to the properties, so if they fail to pay their electric bill (which they have been guilty of multiple times) my power is
