wonderful place to live if you want to be robbed beaten or shot to death. property is more friendly to criminals and goes out of its way to strip the good residence of any chance of making it more like a home. you have no idea who is going to be going in and out of your apartment it may be if you're lucky they will notify you before they enter. as for being able to peacefully enjoy your living not a chance endless partying blasting of music 24 hours a day fighting people knocking windows out of the apartments and a regular fear for your life. just Google North Hill farms most dangerous complex in Pontiac. and just watch the whole video comprised almost entirely of clips from news reports over the years.

I have been coming to a friend's home here and its nice and cozy just what im looking for in a place to stay as well as the neighbors are respectful I could get use to this for a future home

I don’t live there but I live right next to it. I hear gun shots all the time. The police is always there. The under cover cops are sometimes next to my house watching the activity that’s going on. It’s a dangerous place and environment to live in especially with small children.

Despite the living environment conditions, Christopher in management helped me so much to transition over. Great customer service from him, answer all questions to their best abilities, and help understand the paperwork.
