Crystal Lake Apartments

I lived here a year ago back May 1st, 2023-May 15,2024 and I must say I had a beautiful, heaven like experience here. It was my first apartment. The scenery was quite beautiful and I loved the visit from the animals. The view of the lake was a blessing from god. I wish I was here again. My words can’t describe it enough. And most importantly thanks to the former leasing office “Karen Phillips” who unfortunately passed away a year ago which hurt me. She was vetting welcoming and genuinely caring. She was like my guardian angel and so was Bryan always on top of his game with the maintenance. And a friendly cool guy. And thanks her staff for giving me a chance and being very nice people. If I had a second chance it’ll be worth it

This is a beautiful, natural and quie lake, no motor boats allowed. It's not for swimming as far as I was told by the local residents. There are many birds, cranes, geese, swans living there. During my short visit there, I enjoyed watching the nature and found it very entertaining.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it. This place is the best place to live at. The scenery overlooking the lake with the wildlife of birds (swans, cranes etc) is peaceful, soothing and quiet. I've owned a home for 20+ years and loved it however it did have all the grief of weekly maintenance and then some. No mowing lawns or shoveling snow is a plus. I have not had many problems with my apt but when I have, the site manager (Karen) and site maintenance (Brian) were very prompt on addressing any issue. Their attention to maintain the property and the look of the landscape awesome (pool is always clean). Rooms are large and can fit king size beds with in apt washer/dryer that I can appreciate. Very convenient. Happy to live here and plan to for many years.

We lived here for a year and I really enjoyed it. The apartments are spacious, affordable, and quiet, and the view of the lake is my favorite part. The staff is very friendly and always remembers my name. It's also a very safe complex, we've never worried about our safety here and the gates are locked at night. The only downside is that it is at least 20 minutes from the Royal Oak/Farmington Hills area and about 40 minutes from downtown Detroit.

What a beautiful apartment complex! Every apartment has a lake view. I have my own washer and dryer. My 2 bedroom has 2 baths and the bedrooms are huge! The maintenance takes care of everything very quickly. There is nicest place in the Bloomfield/Pontiac area!
