I have lived here going on two years and have found it very pleasant. Quiet, trouble free neighborhood. All maintenance issues are handled promptly. Building manager Tom Goodman is very personable and efficient. And within walking distance to shopping, restaraunts and taverns. I'm glad to be here!
Very quiet community. Property is clean and well kept. Proprty manager is always friendly and accessible.
My dad has been there 10yrs and no problems its a good and quiet environment
It's very reasonable on the price Tom the landlord is very nice but apartment needs work
Was visiting a friend but thought the place was cute with a lot of natural light
