Woodland Hills Apartments

The apartments are relatively new at time of writing, roughly five to six years old. On the scale of buildings and apartments, that's very nearly brand new. The HVAC system is effective and surprisingly quiet. The doors separating rooms are better than flimsy hollow core doors; they actually dampen out a lot of noise. This is true of all of the doors, not just the doors hiding the washer and dryer. The management and maintenance staff have also been patient and accommodating, particularly with the scheduling of routine maintenance as it sometimes conflicts with my sleep schedule (hello, rotating shifts!). Grocery store is only six minutes away, department shopping only ten to fifteen, and the neighborhood is quiet enough that I can hear my tinnitus outside. 10/10, would rent again.

It was really amazing to live in Woodland Hills Apartments. They offer a truly exceptional living experience. What immediately stands out is the relative newness of the buildings, only about four or five years old, ensuring modern amenities and construction. The apartment layouts are truly unique, particularly the oversized bedrooms and the expansive kitchen – you simply won't find this kind of space elsewhere. Beyond the beautiful, updated interiors and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the service is unparalleled. The staff is consistently courteous and incredibly responsive to any need. A special mention must be made of Kristen, who is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond. I love my apartment, management, and the maintenance is the best!! I do agree the noise from turnpike and now the construction are a bit much at times that I can't leave windows open. I think parking is adequate. The one thing I would like to see added, there is NO place for the kids to play. We are getting more families with children and I'd love to see them have a safe place to play others than parking lot or hallways. For that I took a star.

I had a great experience during my 2-year stay at Woodland Hills Apartments. The community was well maintained, quiet, and felt like home. Special thanks to Juan from the maintenance team-he was always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever something came up. His support really made a difference. Absolutely love this place! The vibe is so warm and welcoming, it’s peaceful, friendly, and most importantly, really clean. The maintenance team is fantastic, quick to respond and always kind. I also really appreciate the summer events they organize; they’re a great way to meet people and feel more connected to the community!
