Can’t wait to move out of here. Car got stolen, apartment was attempted break in twice, it always smells, the elevators don’t work, the front doors that are supposed to be lock and secure you can just pull open usually. It takes them multiple weeks to fix anything, my GF and I have decided it’s easier to do our own dishes than have them fix our dish washer before we move. They are no help. They don’t care. They just want your money.

If you can afford ANYTHING ELSE, please go elsewhere. We found ourselves stuck here until we were fortunate enough to change employment and earn more to afford something else. Our carpeting was almost 15 years old and they tried to hold us responsible for replacing it. Office ladies harassed everyone on our floor conveniently one year after a maintenance guy flooded half our floor which they never mitigated for. The maintenance guys are lazy and inexperienced and you end up having something new wrong with the issue you originally called about. The health issues that stem from the mold problem in Hemlock stopped after we moved out. There's brown and German roaches here, at least that I know of. We move in here back in June and honestly love almost everything here. Most of the negative reviews are from YEARS ago and not the best sampled apartments. The apartment we have is very cleaned and the environment around us is great. The only negative I can give is at the start the sink overflowed a bit and some of the renovations are cheaply done but for the most part it’s a great place to live

My boyfriend and I recently moved in, and I can honestly say most of the negative reviews don’t reflect our experience. There is no mold at all in our unit. If you do have mold in your bathroom or bedroom, it’s most likely from not ventilating your washer/dryer properly. As for maintenance, I submitted a work order and received an email within hours asking which day I preferred. I gave them my day off, and a very kind gentleman came then and fixed everything within 30 minutes. All of this happened within 24 hours. The team isn’t absent, they’re just busy and know how to prioritize. My pets love sitting by the sliding door and watching outside. I moved to this property in June. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I worked with Jackie and she made the whole process easy and seamless. My electric bill is around $70 dollars a month and I keep my A/C set to 68 all day. I have a 3 bed townhouse and it is very spacious. Overall the place is nice and I pay less here than I did for a two bedroom apartment elsewhere.
