Loved the apartments when we moved in 4 years ago. Great location, clean, updated, and a caring landlord. In the 4 years we lived there we had 3 different landlords. Buildings clearly state “no smoking”, but our neighbors below us constantly smoked marijuana in their apartment. The smell radiated into our apartment and after reporting it multiple times nothing was ever done. We were told to contact the police, but the police told us it’s the landlord who would handle our complaint. Whether it’s medicinal or recreational marijuana it shouldn’t be smoked indoors. I’m sure other complaints were received regarding the smell, but nothing was ever done about it. Master bath ceiling would leak at times. Reported it in December 2021 and no one ever came out to look at the spot. No cameras in the p

The apartments themselves they keep in good condition. I didn't have many issues with the apartment itself, however, the sound dampening is absolutely terrible. When this building was made they did not care about privacy as it is very easy to hear your neighbors above and below. I have made multiple complaints and no one cares. I highly suggest if you enjoy privacy that you go elsewhere. I would much rather pay a few hundred more and have peace of mind.

Complex and facilities are very well maintained. Maintenance issues always resolved in a timely fashion. Landlord is super very friendly & personable.
