I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience while attempting to inquire about your property. For several months, I have called multiple times and left voicemails expressing interest. Unfortunately, none of my calls or messages were acknowledged. As a potential client, I expected at minimum the professionalism and courtesy of a returned call, even if the property was unavailable. Effective property management requires timely communication and responsiveness. The lack of follow-up has been frustrating and does not reflect well on your organization. Will find any reason, for anyone not on assistance to be evicted. Office staff lock themselves in office with maintenance worker and won't answer for service. Office worker never on duty when allocated shift arrives. Trash is always blowing out of trash area due to volume. Also not flexible or an EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. They falsely advertise they have equal housing opportunity for all.

I applied back in November 2019 and was 12th on the waiting list. I just called (2022) and was told I'm 22nd on the waiting list. Her explanation was " I don't know, it's what our computer system says." That was her response to anything I asked. There wasn't even 22 people on the waiting list when I applied. In response to the owners response- I was 5th on the list a couple months ago. No reason to randomly jump back to 12th. I've been told this has happened to multiple people right as they get to the top of the list.
