The fact you felt comfortable displaying your self toured apartment like this I can only imagine how the others look! For what you’re charging, do better! 😳 The only good thing I will say is they are very spacious. I would’ve chosen this apartment if the condition was better.

I really love my home here. I noticed a previous review mentioning bugs, but I personally haven’t experienced that issue. The only concern I’ve had is with the upkeep of the staircases. I understand the side staircases having spider webs because of their location, but the main staircase could be maintained better as well. There are also quite a few wasps around the property. Other than that, the community is very quiet and feels safe, and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever something comes up.

Marissa was very pleasant to work with. I would move here based on her hospitality alone. It’s a beautiful area and quiet.

Lived here for a few short months, and I had a great experience! My dog was loved on when I brought her to the office for treats, and Jim would give her treats during our morning walk. Sue is great - this was the second property I have lived at that she managed. The staff is very friendly and they do their best to make sure you're well taken care of.

Marissa was great!! She is very thoughtful, quick, and knowledgeable.
