Katie and the team at Rowland & The Home Sales were amazing when selling my home. Katie was right by my side every step of the way. Her team came in and immediately took pictures to immediately put the house on the market, and her staging crew provided support to increase sales. She was available promptly to answer all of my questions. She made sure that I completed everything that I needed and negotiated all of my requests to get the house sold. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and made sure that our home sold for the best price. We received requests to view the house within a couple days of posting. I am recommending Katie and her team to handle buy and selling a home or land.
