I can say that Kim in the agency was incredibly helpful. I had received the email below. I had not heard back about my reply and left a previous review. While my time with them has not been a positive experience for me, I can say they did send out a technician in a reasonable time to repair what I had submitted. The gentleman who came was polite and efficient. I have come to edit or update it I should say. I have removed it and am writing this based on the kindness of Kim. Regarding the email about the lawn care, thankfully Kim reached out and was able to follow up with Daryk regarding a response to me that it was a review error.
