Kate was amazing! She helped guide us through a few set backs (outdated septic permit and property survey), to get us to closing on the date we agreed with the seller for. Wonderful experience and we are so happy to own the beautiful property and begin building our dream retirement home. We have told all our friends who are looking to retire to NC to come with us. They know to call Kate when they are ready.
