Make sure you check your payments! Many times our payment has not been applied like it should. After calling and trying to get it sorted out (many times) I have been informed it was already explained to me (it wasn't) and that I could find a different lender. They have yet to account for the discrepancies in my payments and fix the errors on their part. Every time I called they said they would look into it and call me back. Which NEVER happened. The issue still hasn't been resolved and I now have to hire a lawyer.

They have some pretty decent properties, and seemed nice on the phone, but when I tried to setup an appointment to walk one of the properties, I was told that they left four voice mail messages on my phone the previous day, and that I missed my appointment. I was shocked considering that I did not receive a single call or voice mail from them, and therefore had no appointment to miss. I tried to apologize (despite doing nothing wrong), confirm that they had the right number, and provided my wife's number. They said they would call me back, but never did. They did try calling my wife once, but she was taking a nap. Now they will not pick up their phone, or return my calls. This is the strangest, most embarrassing experience that I have ever had with a company. I'm just glad no money

Literally had to explain my order to two different waitresses 6different times they still messed the order up . I dont even know how that's even possible my suggestion bring helmets crayons to share. absolutely unbelievable

So far has taken, 7 months to receive deed my home, 3 months for deed to be transfered and documented, people have no reguard for problems they cause, seeing that you can't have utilities until you prove ownership..

Really nice people. Easy to do business with. Nice properties!
