It took a few weeks to get totally approved and in to my new apartment so it took some patience and part was on me cuz I had some records that were hard to get and a holiday weekend, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the manager is and her boss also . Chandrea I believe is the correct spelling. The deposit is so affordable u like other apartments that ask same as the rent and it’s just almost impossible to afford. I’ve been here two months and it’s so quiet and safe and already used the tornado shelter! My apartment is so cute and I have laundry in the apartment. I have two good sized bathrooms and an open floor plan. Definitely the best place to rent in Shawnee. Onsite workout room and playground. Never see any sketchy people around that don’t belong. We have a little one on the way, on a budget, needed somewhere affordable with enough space. We were walked through the application. Got a call saying “congratulations you’re approved, just come back and make some corrections on the application”. We did that, sent in all the other info they asked for, we were given a tour of the apartment, and a projected time when the unit would be ready for us to move into. We gave the move out notice at our current apartment and have started packing, only to receive a call less than three weeks before our lease expires saying “oh sorry you’re actually not approved”. The manager explained that there was vital information not disclosed to us and denied responsibility in the matter, though she was the person we received all of this information from. I am n

I haven't moved in yet but the manager Jess is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and on top of every task that arises! Already love her and the apartments! Can't wait to officially be part of the community!

The apartment manager is so kind and genuinely cares about each tenant. I love how close this complex is to a local church. You can walk to Life.Church Shawnee from here and enjoy free coffee, sweet tea, snacks and the kids have a safe place too. The park is a wonderful addition to the complex. The office manager does fun things like cookouts, decorating contests, etc.

I have been a resident here for just over a year, and I can confidently say that the experience has transformed significantly since the appointment of our new property manager, Jess, this past April. She and DeShaun, our maintenance technician, excel at promptly addressing any issues that arise. Jess has also successfully implemented various community events and actively engages with residents, demonstrating her genuine commitment to our apartment community. Her dedication to enhancing our living environment is truly impressive.
