Tamara Johnson was our realtor. She did a great job for us. She was very understanding of our wants and needs and showed us a lot of places. She was available most any time we needed her. When we finally found the right place she made a difficult and long process much better and went above and beyond. She is very caring and really nice. I recommend her to everyone.

Beverly Childers is the most effective, helpful, and informative realtor, this was my first home purchase ever, she gave me all the information and help I needed, was so patient with me and also enjoyed her company. Answered my calls at any time and always made me feel like I was her only client. She informed me of all good and bad news upfront, no last minute issues with closing, she made it super easy and I love my house. Thank you so much Beverly!!!! For me and my experience I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Beverly Childers was very polite and nice to work with. She helped with finding houses that fit my budget. When I got preapproved for a loan that was smaller than what they expected, it felt like the amount of attention I was getting dwindled. Maybe it was prejudice against my budget, maybe it was too many customers to handle and i got placed on the back burner. What I do know is that even though I asked to see a house and they confirmed the location and details, they never pursued it and the house pended a week later. You might have better luck than I did but I felt my experience was worth noting.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I feel like the agent there took advantage of me while purchasing a home. I was in the middle of medical treatment and medicated often during the transaction. She was very keen on not having anything fixed by proper licensed contractors. She hires handymen to do the work and they did it all wrong!!!! The inspector she hired did a really terrible job and missed so many things that I’m going to have to take some kind of legal action. During the purchase of the home; we decided to offer to buy a few things from the seller. I had her draw it up. I told her to leave a few things off because I was not interested. I signed the document and everything was fine. Weeks later, she emails me telling me to resign that document. Like a fool I trusted her and res
