We were in process of buying property from Brenda. The whole process was a complete nightmare. While we paid $3,000.00 in lease monthly to purchase building she continued to occupy the property with her junk in rooms and shop area. Out of our pocket to rent dumpster to throw away what she didn’t want. We had a dispensary we were trying to move over and she continually demanded free Marijuana for her son , in which we were not legally allowed to do. Constantly demanding to give her ride because her vehicle would brake down. Having to close our dispensary to take her places. Always wanting her vehicles fixed for free for letting us buy her building. She called our banker asking personal questions and telling him our lease was coming due. That was completely out of line and concerned our bank
