Lupita is the best, she made the whole process easy and comfortable. She is so loving & approachable. I’m loving my new home, it’s so peaceful & quiet. Also I would like to appreciate Gordy the maintenance guy. I put in a work order yesterday for my closet & it got fixed today. This is my first time ever leaving a positive review especially on my first week as a new resident. I feel home ❤️

From the minute I walked in my new found "auntie" Lupita made me feel like family. She made me comfortable & less nervous being that this is my first major move on my own since moving to the mainland. Shout out to Auntie Lupita for being so friendly, ready to help, positive energy, & good vibes.!.! You're AMAZING.!.!

I want to share how grateful and happy I am about this place and Lupita, who helped us get a place so fast that I couldn't believe that it was going to happen. Lupita is a very friendly and kind woman. She's cheerful and has a positive attitude. She will do her best to find a way to help anyone who need a home.

Don't rent here. Leasing and management have entirely refused to address any of the physical and verbal harassment that I experience on their property. I have attempted to have it escalated multiple times and I get told the same excuse every time. Homelessness is rampant in the area, the walls are paper thin to the point where you here your neighbor's every conversation, shady business practices, parking practically never available, the list goes on and on. On top of the harassments I faced, someone recently came up to my adjacent neighbor's door threatening violence, then their car had tires slashed and windows broken. This place is a never ending spiral and management knows it yet refuses to address it when asked about. I was told to "do what I am doing" by staff to avoid harassments. S

Don’t be fooled by the landscaping outside. The Woodhaven looks very nice from an outside perspective, but inside it’s horrible. I’ve dealt with aggressive mold I’ve gotten electrocuted fixing my heater I’ve had to repair fixtures in the bathroom and deal with mushrooms growing in my bathroom floor not to mention the area is not good, I’ve had many packages stolen from me at my front door and I even caught a kidnapping from my back door. Do not raise your family here. If you rent here you might as well just own a home. They haven’t repaired anything since I’ve moved in And they won’t return my calls or voicemails.
