Jeremiah helped us, the seller, deal with a tenant who did not want to move and had an excessive amount of stuff inside the house and outside in the three bay pole building garage. He was patient and thoughtful dealing with our landlord/tenant dispute and handled the buyer/agent well with the results being positive for all parties. He got the house sold in less than four months, slightly less than the asking price. With Jeremiah's encouragement and endless prodding, the tenant moved and the new owners were blessed with a wonderful home to start the next chapter of their life.
