I simply can’t say how much help Rachael and Mike and the Novak Team were in helping my wife and I sell our properties in Duvall and Kenmore. They helped to provide expert guidance on property development for our land in Duvall and also in remodeling my townhouse in Kenmore. I have no doubt whatsoever that we would not have realized our final sales profits without the Novak Teams guidance and help with local market knowledge and trades contractors to help with our properties. We are so grateful and thankful for our experience working with them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rachel on selling our home as we moved to a different state. She coordinated with the buyers of our home and the agent who helped us secure our new house, and ensured that all the deadlines were met and the transactions went smoothly.
