Michelle is hands down the best loan officer you could ever ask for! She assisted our family with our first home purchase as well as our refinance on it after we completed our remodel. She is honest, kind, patient and extremely knowledgable and walks you through every step of the process. She always answers my questions without making me feel dumb, even when the questions are! She has the best communication throughout the process and never leaves you feeling like you are hanging. Her team is amazing and hard worker as well.
