Woodfield Cove Apartments

At first, me and my fiancé were so eager to get into this place and we're so happy. They processed our background checks almost in a few hours saying we were approved, income and all and we were waiting for months just for a one bedroom to open up. Still nothing, they do not answer phones, poor contact, lots of the run around no matter what we do. They do call back but again it's the same thing "Sorry, nothing's available I'll let you know about an opening" And just recently we saw on the door they are leasing. Very frustrating, wouldn't recommend as a first choice.

I have family there and they work. When they need to contact the office for information or assistance there is rarely anyone present, even when they take time from their jobs. Rent is raised annually, twice within 16 months? by the owner. Frequent postings for inspections or maintenance, if you get upset or angry because of the poor and unprofessional representatives they go from rude and ambivalent to patronizing and self-righteous. They can’t even keep a good employee because of their business practices. The owner is unknown, the property managers are not local, communications is poor, in short…. Will never recommend this location again. Hope my family members can all move to better location. New complex, managed by a slum lord mentality. I rate this complex with 1 star because I canno

Haven’t had any issues living here, they constantly stay on top of maintenance and taking care of this new property. Haven’t been disrespected or threatened by management. Nicki who stops in from time to time is very patient and was understanding with wanting to relocate to one of their many properties to be closer to work. If you’re looking for a permanent or temporary home, I’d highly recommend this apartment complex. Not all tenants are dissatisfied, I thought I’d leave a positive review for the ones desperately looking for a home to have hope.

I've been renting here since before the complex was finished & I've only had minimal problems. The current site manager & maintenance crew are both top-tier. The neighborhood is always quiet & safe. The convenient location is a huge plus too.

A family member of mine rents from them. They have been having problems with the units with mold throughout. My grandkids rooms mold all over toys, clothes, mattress in all the closets, and walls. When the problem was reported all they were told was it's a contracter issue and that they can't do anything about it. Other tenants have told my family member of mold issues in their units as well. Front office refuses to help. Do not rent from here!
