I have worked with Clifton management for over 20 years but as a renter and most recently as a seller of a property. They have always been attentive to my wants and needs and are excellent when it comes to communication on all ends. I can’t thank them enough for always treating me like more than just a client. I live in another state and had no issues or concerns when from beginning to end in listing and selling my property with them. The whole staff has been great I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family! I definitely recommend using their services for your home needs.

I rented a home from Clifton properties for 4 years. Janis and Happi were always very helpful with anything I needed. Work orders were always done the next day, if not the day of. I appreciated that Happi communicated with me when there were things the homeowners needed. They do have bi-annual inspections but the inspector was never invasive and was always very respectful of both my space and time. I would recommend renting from Clifton properties if you are in need of a rental in Havelock.

Highly recommend Clifton for property management and especially realtor representation for buying and selling properties! I utilized them for over 3 years to manage my rental property, and I never had to worry about anything. Communication was great and all of the paperwork I needed throughout the years was provided on time. The sale of my rental property with them representing me was very easy; all I needed to do was check my email and sign documents, the rest of the labor was all handled for me. Fantastic team!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Clifton serving as our property management company for our home while we have been overseas. They’ve been easy to contact and very helpful as the liaison between ourselves and our tenants. They also did an amazing job assisting us when we initially put our home on the rental market; and found the perfect tenants for us! Would highly recommend!

I have rented 2 properties from Clifton and I am quiet pleased with the staff and the way any concerns or issues are handled with the unit. The staff are friendly and really work hard to make sure the needs of the tenant are met. Both units were extra clean, in great neighborhoods, and reasonably priced. I would definitely go with this company again and again.
