By far the WORST place I’ve lived in, when I first moved in there was mouse poop everywhere, the shower was messed up, floors were done horribly, trash left in and around my apartment, MOLD on the wall and in the air conditioner, and the stove wasn’t clean at all(I didn’t use it the whole 6 months I lived here). It was gross nothing was taken care of. There was always this distinct smell like something had died in there. I will say Leah was a nice person and tried to help with everything. But I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Mind yall these pics were taken on my move in day.

Have been renting from them for almost two years now and have little to no complaints. Any issues are always resolved either within the same day or the next, and we are given a peace of mind knowing they respond to any inquiries within a timely manner.

I’ve been renting here for about 2 years now. Had our fridge go out Friday. Immediately (within 2 hrs) had someone here and a temp in place; wasn’t perfect but worked for the moment. New one was just delivered today. David & the team were kind as always & Leah at the office was efficient and fast acting. Truly grateful.

They seem to be keeping up with their work orders pretty well. Every time I have an issue and call someone responds pretty fast. Leah is always polite when I call or come in and does her best to help with my situation. When I was having money issues I talked to her and set up payment arrangements till I got back on my feet. She worked with me till I got through as long as I contacted her to keep her informed.

I find the office to be professional but not snobbish. I have no issues getting my stuff fixed the two times I've needed something and feel safe with my daughter playing outside nobody bothers us too much and if I ever move it'll be for a more spacious home. As it is a smaller mobile home,park but they keep things in good shape. If I have any kind of problem they have made me feel comfortable enough to call and let them know. I live in their Newport property. Been here for almost a year now.
