Woodcrest Apartments

We been having Kimberly helping us look into getting an apartment. And she has been so helpful and kind, I appreciate all the help she’s done so far!

Wonderful management and work staff in a peaceful neighborhood with a luxury apartment at a budget price with great amenities (pool and lake etc) on top of that! What more could you ask for? :)

So far, I feel comfortable in the area and with the neighbors. I like the communication between myself and the office manager. The maintenance person fixed every issue as I presented them to the office.

I just moved out of Woodcrest after being there for 5 years. Kim absolutely made the experience there. She was always a call away and never hesitated to help. Although the apartments could use some updating and as a lot of other people are saying, the price increase for absolutely nothing new in the apartment units themselves or in the community sway you away from wanting to stay there. That is all on the management company and not Kim. I throughly enjoyed my time here. I met a lot of really amazing neighbors who I now call friends. Thank you again Kim for going above and beyond for me. I will miss you!

We’ve been residents for 4yrs and overall, it’s a decent complex. You don’t hear major drama, seems like neighbors get along and it’s quiet for the most part. Maintenance is steadily busy getting things done as quickly as possible and management is always professional, understanding and attentive.
