Vicky coordinated the myriad details between us (sellers) and the buyer’s agent, was quick to answer questions and clarify details…she also helped ensure that my survey was completed timely (complicated story)…and she’s a delight to work with. Rachel conducted the closing with super efficiency, enabling buyers and seller to pre-sign and ensuring receipt of funds on official closing day.
