Sonny is hands down the best maintenance manager we’ve ever had. Anytime something goes wrong, he’s on it right away and gets it taken care of without any hassle. He knows his stuff, works fast, and always keeps a great attitude. What I appreciate most is how much he genuinely cares. He checks in, follows up, and makes sure things are done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. I have been here for 2 months now and the staff here has been nothing but great. The front office and property manager always are willing to help. The maitance crew follow up jobs very quickly. Sonny stays in contact with me assuring all repairs are communicated.

Tyriel has been so sweet and super helpful with our move in process! We’ve had a million questions and she was always prepared with an answer willing to accommodate our needs! The move-in process has been very smooth considering how new the complex is thanks to her hard work. The apartments are very clean and everything works well. The location is fantastic. Only 15-20 min from downtown St. Augustine and a short drive to the outlets. We’re very happy with the apartment, the leading staff, the maintenance team, and the location!
