My husband I just moved from up north to Florida. Anastasia was the perfect Realtor for us. She is knowledgeable and helpful and we found just what we were looking for in our new home. An added benefit is her husband, Sean, who is a General Contractor. We wanted to make a couple of changes to our home before we moved in and Sean took over and made arrangements for the work to be done. This would have been impossible for us to do before we moved to Saint Augustine. We had a banking glitch at our closing which was quite stressful -- but Anastasia kept her cool and was very encouraging when encouragement was needed!
