Annonymous lived here for a year, even though the community is nice, the managment SUCKS !!! ... you cant get "JESSI" (the man responsible) to look into matters for days or even weeks ... when i moved out, they charge me for all sorts of charges from my security deposit ... even though this place is affordable in this economy, i just hated the experience and no central heat or A/C, and you can't control the temperature for heat ...
Been here 3 years neighbors are nice. The management are terrible. Jessy the keeper of the grounds is very nice but over worked so things don't get done fast enough (But don't be late on rent) Ugh! Would move put but it's a quiet nice inexpensive place to live.
This place is a dump, mold on the walls, cockroaches. The staff is terrible they never answer. If you have any problem with your house at all it will take over a week just for someone to come look at it. Do not recommend renting
