Shore Modular

Although I was not able to move forward with the modular building project, I want to express my appreciation for Erik’s professionalism and support throughout the process. He was professional, friendly, and responsive to all of my questions. I’m grateful for his time and assistance, and would gladly recommend Shore Modular to anyone considering a modular home.

Erik, Built our custom Modular Muncy home in North Wildwood NJ this past year,. We were extremely happy with how he managed and delivered this new home with quality and speed! We Demo'd our old home in Late Nov. of 2019, then working with Shore Modular ( Erik) we ordered a new custom 2000 sq ft home first week of Jan. of 2020( Customized Muncy home - Grand Isle). Erik took care of the new foundation( raised 9 ft , full cinderblock garage) and our new home was set on March 13th 2020 , and we moved in on June 25th of 2020 ! ( 3 1/2 months after the set ! this was all accomplished in the middle of the pandemic !) Erik managed all aspects of the build which included 3 exterior decks, flooring installation, a beautiful 1000 sq foot garage, tile work in the 3 bathrooms. Erik also recommended

This was a nightmare of an experience this Contractor Eric was very deceitful in what he presented to me and my spouse first in introducing us to the opportunity of getting a modular he implicated the price and at first in introduction the price went from what he told us to over $15,000 Just on the modular, it went from that issues with storage fees that costed $3500 he told us this was from the modular company yet the write up was from his company that he actually charged us for because the project was not suitable for delivery being that the rainy season had set in and we could not complete the foundation until the rain had stopped, and the grounds were dried up enough then there were challenges with the permit, including lacking from provision he should’ve made for us to submit paperwor

Had a wonderful experience with Shore Modular. Erik was always available, responsive, and very dependable. He made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. The process was seamless and we highly recommend using Shore Modular. We have even used them for additional work after the house was turned over to our family.
