The Residences at Harbor Landing

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Residence at Harbor Landing Apartment Complex during the February 2026 snowstorm. Our entire complex has now been without power for two full days, and there has been absolutely no communication from the leasing office — no updates, no guidance, and no concern shown for the residents who are paying premium prices to live here. To make matters worse, the snow removal has been handled terribly. Plows have simply pushed massive piles of snow behind parked cars, leaving many of us completely snowed in and unable to leave. My husband and I lived here for 3 years and had a truly great experience. The property manager was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team was excellent—whenever something needed attention, they handled it promptly and thoroughly. One of my favorite things about living here was the community itself. The walking paths and grounds around the property were perfect for both my dog and baby stroller—safe, clean, and enjoyable for daily walks. When it comes to quality and providing the best experience for their tenants, management—especially the leasing manager—seems to show little concern. There have been multiple issues, including car break-ins, staff entering apartments without resident permission, and general negligence in maintaining the property. Basic responsibilities such as keeping outdoor areas clean, removing trash, and properly snow plowing are often ignored. Even work orders that are high priority and could put residents at risk have been overlooked or delayed. Don’t be misled by the “luxury” label. I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment complex due to unreasonable fees. I was charged additional penalties because my termination letter was submitted only a few days late, despite being a minor delay and causing no real impact. Instead of showing any flexibility or understanding, management immediately resorted to charging extra fees. This feels excessive and unfair, especially for residents who have otherwise followed the lease. The lack of grace or consideration left a bad impression and made an already stressful move-out process even worse. I would strongly recommend that future tenants be extremely careful with timelines and paperwork, because even a small mistake here can result in costly fees.

I moved here in May and have nothing but good things to say about the community. I came to tour the apartment complex and Danika was a great help through the entire application and move in process. She is friendly and attentive, and has resolved any of our issues (all very minor) in a quick and efficient manner. She knows all the residents here and creates a welcoming environment for new residents as well. The community has really wonderful amenities, including a great pool that is always clean. The grounds are well kept and also very clean. My apartment is spacious and has newer appliances and features. Highly recommend moving here based on my experiences!
