Harbor Apartments has been a solid place to live. The property is kept in good shape and the common areas are usually clean. The location is convenient with easy access to shopping, food, and the Parkway. Parking is straightforward and there's enough space for residents and guests. The apartments themselves are comfortable and fairly quiet. Maintenance responds in a reasonable time and the staff is generally helpful. It's a good fit for someone looking for a simple, reliable place without surprises

Just toured this newly renovated apartment community and was seriously impressed. Everything feels brand new—modern finishes, clean layouts, and great attention to detail. The upgrades completely transformed the place. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a fresh, updated home

Apartment is small. Rent is too much. Heating and Air conditioner units are very noisy. Outside grounds need to be more cleaner.

Everything is brand new and it's a nice quiet neighborhood but the price is to high for size of apartments.
