Woodcliff Gardens

The park behind building is nice. Old building, many structural issues…. There is no sound insulation. Maintenance is rapidly going up. You can’t walk in your own home or listen to music because there is no sound insulation. There are newer and nicer buildings being built in the area. Traffic is getting very busy as area is getting congested, only real jobs in the city (New York City) and with work hours over an hour in bus and most likely can be stuck inside the Lincoln tunnel. They charge extra for everything, parking, mini gym etc. Also rising mice issues due to developments in parking and area is getting busy. They allow dogs and cats. Pretty much every unit has dogs.

Terrible experience living here which is a shame because it is such a nice building and in a great location. Management was terrible and only catered to older residents. So many issues with HOA and extremely high maintenance fees, my first 4 months living here I had no heat in my unit and was told it was “being worked on”. I was unfortunate enough to live next to the most miserable neighbors I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. If you’re younger, or if your views don’t align with republican norms I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a long term home. The headaches are simply not worth the hassle.

Clean, green & the residents are kind. Beautiful views of the city skyline with generous amenities.

Nice apartments, nice neighborhood, nice view. Thin walls and floors. Constant NYC helicopters buzzing loudly. You won't get much quiet there. And if you step on hardwood floors, downstairs neighbor will knock. Also had an overweight, high energy upstairs neighbor, sounded like thunder twice a day, everyday.
