Hudson Ridge Apartments

I recently moved from hudson ridge and let me just say its a great place to live. Maria is hands down the best! She's welcoming, honest and reliable. She addresses all concerns in a timely manner. The community is safe and quiet. Its diverse, family oriented and dog friendly. The buildings always stayed well maintained.

The staff and the tenants I met were very pleasant and all smiles. Thee nicest people I’ve met while searching for an apartment so far. Every aspect about the property was explained very thoroughly in a fun and inviting way. The property is extremely organized, in great condition and clean. Very close to multiple hot stops like restaurants the park and public transportation to the city. it really was great experience meeting all those people and seeing how they care about where they live.

I don't know about living here, but I went to tour an apartment and it was a weird experience. First, it seemed they sent the maintenance guy to show me the place. He barely spoke to me and raced to the apartment, I was practically running behind him. The apartment they showed was a studio and looked horrific. The carpet and every other surface was disgusting. They told me then that it was being renovated but why would I send an application for that apartment not knowing what it will look like in the end. It was an old building and there was obviously many layers of paint coating the walls. It felt very unprofessional which was surprising because the contact up until then seemed professional. Anyways, wish I could have had a better experience.

Cozy comfortable apartments. Always well kept and clean inside the buildings and the overall grounds outside. Prices are as you'd expect a bit pricey​ and forget about a parking space. Buy a helicopter and park on the buildings roof. Parking rental is in my opinion, for those who reside here too much loot. Definitely room for more improvement​.

Lived there for 10 years never had a problem. Great staff, manager Maria, very professional. Maybe looking to go back. Moved to Florida due to Pandemic, now maybe coming back.
