This was my first involvement with HP Realtors. As a rental property owner, I've dealt with a few other rental realtors in the past. My experience with them honestly really lefted nothing to want to write home about. They were ehhhhh, just ok, without offending, but it's the truth. Moving foward, I am now really pleased and a satisfied client with HP Realtors thanks to Stephanie. We connected immediately. I met and worked with Stephanie in December 2024 when a tenant was moving out on the 31st. It was the worst time to rent being the seasonal holidays and the coldest weather which made everything harder and nonetheless she didn't mind. It almost took 2 months and BINGO....it rented. I had a vacancy in an apartment in west New York and didn’t have the time to handel the task of renting it myself. I, wisely, contacted HP Properties realty and Shantel Ellis to list and rent the apartment. I thought I might have a month to two months vacancy but she had found and vetted a new tenant by the middle of the next month. All paperwork and details were professionally completed and she even advised me on several improvements to make inside the unit. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my first call for any future vacancies.

They did a great job in helping me find an apartment in a sensitive time coming from another state. As a current tenant, I’ve had nothing but professional , respectful, and prompt communication. Any time I’ve reached out about a concern, they’ve addressed it quickly and handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. They are not dismissive or disrespectful and from the time I’ve been living here they’ve made me feel at home. In my experience, HP Properties has always treated tenants fairly and respectfully. I stand by the quality of their service and the way they manage their properties.

I will highly say 1000% HP Properties is the way to go. I have a very Good friend that I went to high school with and when i was telling her i’m going through so many mixed emotions, between anxious, nervous & so very indecisive on so many options . Then My good friend Referred me here to HP Properties and i do not regret it not one second. As soon as they engage with you, you feel the care, love and positive energy from Realtors doing everything that they can to help you get everything you need or want. I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; HP Properties had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/ inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Stephanie (our agent) is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without them.
