The maintenance team are amazing. They are very pleasant, friendly, & helpful. They always prioritize your needs, nobody ever puts a face a bad comment. Kevin is very helpful along with the two other coworker. Im always looking my self out they always come right away and help me out, one of the guys even help me carry a box to my apartment which he didn't have to. Him and his wife were very friendly, and the younger guys which is Puerto Rican is very humble and attentive. Amazing team. Also Dileny help me out so much mean while i was looking for apartments. She made everthing so smooth and easy for me , with everything i had going on. She was such a big support, very friendly and kind. She made me feel like home. The new manager on site Jehna Kubichek, has helped me incredibly from thing

I have been living here for a few months now. I am completely blessed with the maintenance team. The other i left my car windows open by mistake and Rob had the curtesy of calling me and letting me know because it was raining to avoid a float inside. Im more then grateful , as a single mom to have people that actually care is a blessing now a days. Rob has help me multiple times even has prioritize giving me a hand & his wife is lovely as well. & also Kevin has being super supportive even helping out my son around in anything, always trying his best to come up with great solutions.

Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. I was hesitant when I saw a few negative reviews but when I took a tour the apartments were well designed, professionally maintained and my tour guide, the property manager Mr. Rivera was very accommodating and welcoming. He answered every question i had with expertise. When my current lease is over, I’m definitely moving here. After coming here, I can’t understand why people would leave bad reviews about this property, the place is amazing.

Great place to live in North Bergen! The location is super convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building is well-maintained, the apartments are comfortable, and management and maintenance are friendly and responsive. Parking can be a little tight at times, but it’s a minor issue. I dont know why this people leaving a bad review, but they should understand that its holiday and people can be off and be with familys, they should understand that we should give people a chance before we put a bad review. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend living here!

This is a large, well-designed property with plenty of amenities and a practical layout. While it can take some time to get used to the size, everything is logically arranged and easy to access once you’re familiar with it. The location is convenient, management is generally responsive, and the overall experience is positive. A solid choice for anyone looking for space and modern features in a well-managed complex.
