Woodchase Apartments

It has been a great 2 years. Front office is always pleasant. Maintenance always responsive and friendly. Renovated units look great. Private and quiet property. Only issue is our kitchen sink freezes anytime it gets below 20° and we forget to drip the faucet (bottom floor unit)

I always forget how much I hate it here until I visit my mom. These apartments were originally created for retired people, so there’s not a lot of parking. Since then they’ve renovated for 3-4 person families and never expanded the parking lot. On top of that they constantly have dumpsters or construction vehicles taking prime parking spot instead of some where near the front where no one parks. There’s always noise, they’re literally knocking in walls and I’ve been hearing it for 3 years and they’re still not done!! I told them I wouldn’t have moved here if I knew about the construction and they said they didn’t know it was going to happen…it started 6 weeks after I moved in. You didn’t know you were going to be renovating for 3 years 6 weeks earlier? I had a hole in my ceiling for 4 mont

Teresa was nothing but short of amazing!!! I only had 1 day left on my house hunting trip and I wanted to find an amazing place to call home. I don’t know she knew that I needed a lower level unit but she took me to look at unit that wasn’t even ready and the unit was absolutely stunning. Her warm spirit let me know I had found a place to call home. I even called the next day before my flight and asked if I could see the unit again and she was more than willing to accommodate and notify me that I was approved and provide me with a move in date. I can’t remember her counter part name but she was just as delightful!!! Thank you both for making this transition to Missouri smooth and easy 🩵🩵🩵

Lived here for 2 years, had a good experience. I loved my loft-style apartment here. Maintenance issues were always resolved quickly. When I moved out I cleaned well and got my full security deposit back, which was nice, because many landlords will do their best to find a reason to keep it. Basically my only issue was how early in the morning construction sounds started while the unit next to mine was being renovated (on and off for a few months), but I assume that will become less of a problem as all the units eventually get updated.

I would definitely recommend these apartments! We have had a few minor maintenance issues, but when we call about them they are always very quick to respond to them and fix our issues, they even ordered us a new dryer when ours was not working correctly! The staff at the front office is always very friendly. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of natural light, making it feel very bright and open. There is plenty of space for all our needs. I see many people commenting about the parking situation, however we have never had any problems with this. We always are able to get a spot fairly close to our apartment. Overall would recommend!
