I had the distinct pleasure of working with Joe Poropat at Gershman Mortgage over the past month. With his guidance, patience, teaching tools, and knowledge, I was able to get through the (usually painful) process of buying a home in record time. Joe was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, even when it was late into the evening. Joe is the type of person that if he doesn't know the answer, he doesn't blow smoke... instead, he shows his intellectual curiosity and researches until he confidently finds the correct answer. I am a new buyer and they walked me through all of the steps needed to obtain a loan. They made themselves available over a major holiday! Their response time was tremendous. I had no stress worrying that the process would not be completed in time.

Josh Bronson really went above and beyond to get me approved for my mortgage. He explained things every step of the way and kept in touch thru out the process. Would highly recommend gershman to anyone looking to buy a home.
