Wonderful host. Very professional. Jamie was very pleasant. Did not know that these people were using me to promote their horrible apartment complex. I am glad that I followed the reviews. Like do you guys even care that these reviews are posted. I will be seeking BBB. Most definitely letting them know about the tenants and the property management. Hopefully the good Lord cause these people to have a change of heart and really take care of these tenants. Thank you tenants for your reviews!!!

I am so pleased with Jamaica at Avalon. It is now run so much better than it has for a long time. In addition she volunteered without me asking to get my mail while I was hospitalized and anything else I needed. Thank you very much for her.

I had an absolute amazing experience with Jamaia. Her professional is top tier! The application process was simple and straightforward. I was able to complete everything right from my celI phone. The Communication with Jamaia has been amazing. I am looking forward to moving into my new unit in a couple of weeks. The location is definitely a plus. I can say that I am very pleased. I have been living at the Avalon for almost a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. Jamaia is very helpful and professional and has answered any questions I have asked. I really like the 24-hour laundry facilities which are convenient. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. I would definitely recommend!

This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I am warning you from the bottom of my heart. These people do NOT care about their residents. They are very good at acting when you do a walk-through with them. However, these apartments are filled with MOLD and pipe issues. They are absolutely despicable landlords that will NOT help you with any issue you have. The laundry machines are constantly broken. The pool is closed due to unknown reasons. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It will do you much more harm than good. Do NOT move to Magnolia or Stone Creek either. They are run by the same people. PROTECT YOURSELVES AND DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT IS A SCAM!!! Don't let them fool you with their response to me either. They are NOT willing to help me with my issues.
