I had an opportunity for my wife and I to build a Villa with a builder that only had four lots left. We needed cash within a short period of time, for a short period of time. We went to another large regional bank we had been customers of for over 30 years and they advised that they no longer did HELOC loans because they were not profitable enough. I went to FSB and had my HELOC well within the time I needed. The service was professional, friendly and excellent. I would highly recommend FSB.
