Woodbury Commons

This place has been a dream come true. I was tasked from my company to come from Michigan to Cleveland area for 13 months and was notified in a short window. After scrambling to find an apartment, as I had less that 5 days to find an apartment, Sheila was the best leasing manager I could've called as she kept following up to keep me posted on how the paperwork was coming along and helping me every step of the way. She also gave me the best apartment I could have ever asked for as it is recently remodeled, and I feel at home in it. I am very happy that this place will be my home for the next year.

Going into 3rd year as resident. Absolutely wonderful complex! Office staff has always been incredible. Any issues are handled immediately...especially emergencies! Facilities are always maintained. Fully recommend.

I lived here for a year & they are the best apartment complex i’ve lived at. Courtney, Sheila & the maintenance team are genuinely good people. I never had a maintenance request go beyond a few days. They listen to concerns from tenants & keep the grounds clean. I had an emotional support dog, & typically you never get a deposit back from an apartment.. let alone if you have an animal, & they refunded me my deposit. Apartment cost are going up everywhere but compared to what you get in the Parma area for the cost, Woodbury is the best choice. Id easily move back if i ever go back to an apartment.

I am happy that I’ve decided to be apart of such an amazing community. I have lived here for two years and have no complaints. The property maintenance is timely and efficient. They always meet your needs with a smile. I understand why the wait list is long; I don’t want to move either! 😄

I lived at Woodbury Commons for several years and would rate it an overall 4.5 stars (5 for simplicity on this review). Pros: Management - Sheila is an excellent property manager and was typically very attentive to my needs. Quality of front office staff fluctuated throughout my time there but was in pretty good shape when i left. Maintenance - Tim and Robin were always easy to reach and usually had any maintenance issues of mine resolved in a day or two. Both were very friendly and courteous during my time there. Pricing (The good): When I moved in around 2020, pricing was a STEAL for the location and amenities with minimal raises in rent pricing. Neighbors - I had some GREAT neighbors in my apartment. Most were friendly, typically looked out for each other, and were not nosing into
