Aura at Innovation Square

Kara, the building manager, is the best ever! I nominate her for Manager of the Year. She goes above and beyond for everyone. Her decor is amazing, too. She gave all the residents little mailboxes of candy for Valentine’s Day which made me feel extra special. We now have a business office which I definitely appreciate and can use.

This is going to be a longer review because I’m very intentional about what I look for in an apartment. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half so far, and this place has exceeded my expectations in ways that are honestly hard to find. First and most importantly, the management team has been outstanding. Kara and Phaedra have been amazing and are easily accessible whenever I’ve had questions or needed something addressed. They respond quickly, which I’ve learned is unfortunately rare these days with apartment management. Communication is always clear, respectful, and timely. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about both the property and the people living in it, which makes a huge difference as a tenant. Great place to live! The building is well maintained and the staff is very friendly! Kara, the building manager is absolutely amazing. She is very approachable, kind, and always helpful with even the smallest issues.

I really love Aura if your really picky about a clean leaving space this is the place, Chakara,(who is the best property manager) and her staff keep it clean inside and out and it always smells amazing. You must check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I lived in Aura for over one year and have only the best things to say about it! The building is new, common areas are always clean, the maintenance team is always readily available. A huge thanks and hands up to Kara, the manager! She is just amazing! She helped us in everything, from moving in to moving out, and all the daily requests! She is sweet and effective ! I will miss everything!
