Jacob and K & D thank you for a great 7 month stay at Residences at Hanna. I rented the apartment month to month, fully finished, which made my stay possible. You and your staff were great, so helpful, and responsive. I hope I can come back and visit month to month sometime soon as necessary. Jacob you're a pro. I really appreciate you and how well you run the building. I'll miss Cleveland in the meantime, which is a city with real character.

-0 out of 10. 1st and foremost a lease was falsified in my aunts name. Initially she agreed to go on lease with me then backed out which she has every right too. The property management at the time said that it was fine, I was approved applicant by myself. Went forward with lease. The water & lights were supposed to be included and according to PM they were never over $100. WRONG! I ended up paying extra 3-4 every month which was out of my budget. Fast forward I make it thru the year with one month left on lease and I notify PM of intent to move bc I could no longer afford to stay “obvious from late rental payments” for some odd reason it caused more problems. It almost as if she was upset that I unable to stay. The month before my lease ended there were multiple floods in the apartment. I

I may have been "adjacent" so I decided to strike up a conversation with "G" asking "it" if it needed help, or wanted to talk about its problems. It has nothing to do with building in any way. I did forget to mention this time that I had not been in your building for that I do apologize. The photos of "know your Bannans" is a statement of my uncertain mental status. Hanna Residency has been my home for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with everything it offers.
