I’ve lived here with my girlfriend and pup since May / June of 2023. We were scrabbling to find a place around downtown and I’ll say — Ryan and the entire team at Treo has been nothing short of incredible. Between a welcoming and seamless move — to current day, Treo has been 10/10. Alongside all that with a great community, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ryan has been extremely helpful and kind throughout my whole experience with finding Treo, touring, and finally going through the process of moving in. This is my first time leasing alone and he made my experience comforting and seamless. He also is extremely responsive to this day and I am thankful for him throughout all of this. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Great managing staff, great amenities and friendly neighbors. My husband and I moved in 6 months ago and we love coming home everyday. Ryan and Dave are very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions or concerns. Maintenance is quick to respond. The amenities are great, with the rooftop and gym being two of our favorites. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, even their dogs are friendly. I highly recommend Treo to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to live.

Treo was an amazing place to live honestly! Dave was always on top of things, extremely organized and communicative about things. The property staff are so nice and amazing people. The people who live here are a joy to be around. This place is well up-kept and the amenities are nice as well. I always recommend this place to my friends or anyone who says that they are looking.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my time at Treo. Dave and Ryan have been incredibly responsive and helpful, always available via email or text, even beyond regular office hours. This was especially valuable when I was relocating from another city and couldn't physically visit Cleveland multiple times. Ryan went the extra mile by sharing multiple pictures of each room and space, which allowed me to choose a space I absolutely adore, with a stunning view. Treo also hosts various events for residents to mingle, and my personal favorite was the pumpkin decorating contest. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable. I'm conveniently close to everything, including the West Side Market, shops, salons, and a scenic river walk. I even just signed up for a glass blowing class, all within a 5-minute walk from
