I was a little hesitant at first from reading prior reviews, however, working with Andrea in the office changed everything. She is knowledgeable and accountable. I mentioned a couple of things I did not like and she was on the phone immediately handling it. Andrea really gives you the "welcome home" experience. Hoping this management company recognizes the gem they have with Andrea and acknowledges her for her good work.

Beautiful condos. Great location. Close to Woodbridge Mall and Wegmans Supermarket. Easy to go to North, South NJ from GSP and Turnpike. 30 minutes drive to NYC. Or 40 minutes by NJ Transit train.

We lived at Woodhaven Terrace for 4 years. I want to acknowledge the maintenance crew which we greatly appreciated. When needed, they quickly resolved any issues we had. Our end unit with a basement was not only roomy but felt very private. We enjoyed our time there.

Very worst customer service. The common washers and dryers are not working for months. We have made several complaints to the top spin, best rent Nj and terrace customer service team as well. No action taken so far.

Common Washers and dryers are not working even after Informed the management multiple times. The vendor top spin doesn’t care at all, management also not taking any steps to improve it.
