Hopeless realtor ever we had experience. Never reply any phone inquiry as well as text. Seems like they don't even bother to take a look email. Very poor knowledge of real estate and communication skill with seller. Never come in trap of this kind of realtor. Once you sign your contract for selling you stuck for minimum 3 months. All agent are showing super busy but in fact they are free completely. Before make a contract they are available for your time, after you have to be available for their time. Super hopeless!!!! Don't have any marketing skill and spend even penny for taking photos and video, even one dollar balloon for open house.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Any Reynoso. I had listed with another agent who was supposed to be the biggest in NJ. However I only saw him once through the entire sale, he was useless. Any was the agent who actually sold my home. She was professional as well as personable.
