My husband and I are renewing our lease for the third time, and we’ve genuinely had a great experience living at Modera Woodbridge. Crystal, one of the managers, has been amazing since day one, super friendly, accommodating, and always making sure we’re taken care of. Bianca has also been great to work with and really knows her stuff. Both of them make everything feel easy and stress-free and great assets to Modera! We’ve had no major complaints since moving in. Anytime something comes up, the team handles it quickly, and maintenance usually responds less than 24 hours. It's almost immediate! I recently moved to Modera Woodbridge, and my experience was outstanding thanks to Crystal. She seamlessly guided me through the process. From the very beginning the entire team has been incredibly helpful, both Tony and Bianca as well answering any of my questions I had for them. It was a completely stress-free process.The property itself is fantastic, with great amenities and luxury features inside the apartments. Juan the service manager was very helpful on my move in day making sure it was completely smooth. Andres and Mike from the maintenance team were very nice just checking if I had any questions during my move. I highly recommend Modera Woodbridge.
