I usually do not write google reviews but I think this place warrants my time to write one. From the very first day when I was looking for a place to live till today, I have been treated with respect and care by the leasing office staff. They are always ready to help and pleasant to work with. They really make you feel welcome. I get greeted with smile and a hello every day when walking in and out of the building. I have seen them dealing with some challenging people with upmost courtesy and respect. TRUE PROFESSIONALS both are. Special thank you to Ludi and Cristina for making this place feel like home. Leslie Oliver, the sales agent at Avenue & Green luxury apartments in Woodbridge greeted us with a very warm smiles & offered water. She took us on a tour with patience, not hurrying up to finish it quickly, and was so thorough in her description of the rental units, amenities, rental process etc. that we had no more questions to ask. She was extremely personable. Leslie also followed up after few days if we had any questions and she offered that we can call her if we have any concerns, questions. What a pleasant personality.

I lived at Avenue and Green for four years—excellent location and a very responsive management team. The leasing office is professional, and Ludi truly goes above and beyond for tenants. Highly recommend!

We lived here for 4 years and it has been a lovely and amazing experience! The mangement and maintenance team were extremely professional, friendly and responsive! If there was a choice we would have loved to continue staying there ~ I'm certainly going to miss this place.
