Woodbridge Apartments

I've lived at Woodbridge for over a year now. The property is well-managed and for the most part quiet and very well kept. I'm thankful for the minimal requests that I've had to put in but they've been responded to almost immediately. Despite constant management changes this property is a great place to live.

I have lived here on the Woodbridge properties in Texarkana Texas now for around nine or ten years. I am proud to say that Ms Tonya Foreman and the maintenance crew especially Mr. Oscar have treated me with respect in all ways respect can come. They (the manager and our maintenance staff) has truly answered any questions about whatever I came to them with concerning my apartment #40 be it heating or plumbing indoor or outdoors, any security concerns, pest infestations etc. They would take care of the matter as promptly as they can, because some things have to be ordered. There has been other tenants who don't go by the rules and I have seen Ms. Foreman handle it with the professionalism of leadership. I am pleased with this team and I know that as you all supply them with what is needed

Ive Never RENTED from a Place were the apartment Manager Toya Is So RUDE!! She never in the Office!! Exspecially On the 1st -5th. You Literally Have To Chase her Down, and Play Cat &Mouse Games To Pay Your RENT! I have already Been a Victim Of The DropBox! Last Year Around the same time In October.My Money Order Was Stolen Outta Of The DropBox by One Of the Employees! So Unprofessional how do you run a Company an Your Never There.! The Neighbors Next Door Are Nasty an Filltly! Roaches coming in my apartment from next Door i Constantly have to Call the office an make complants about the Roaches Coming From Next Door! Apartments have black mold and company is trying to hide the fact I am sick behind it

Woodbridge is a very nice complex. Security is present. Nice management staff. Close to the mall and other shopping areas.
