The apartments themselves are spacious, beautifully constructed, and well-maintained. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly and efficiently, leaving tenants feeling secure and satisfied in their homes. What's more, is Richmond Oaks Apartments is within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Richmond Oaks Apartments. Richmond Oaks is a great place to live.Ms.Jamie & Ms.Dewlaya In front office makes sure we are very comfortable living here . They really appreciate their residents. I have brand new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, all of the fixtures are new and so much more. What little maintenance issues I’ve had were handled the same day.They office staff really made us feel welcome. They really do go above and beyond I’m happy to be here and will continue to recommend this apartment complex.5 star complex

I have enjoyed living at Richmond Oaks Apartments for over 8 years. It has been a safe, clean and friendly home that I hope to experience for years to come. There have been many improvements and enhancements made recently, including a very nice clubhouse renovation, beautification of the outdoor swimming pool, exterior painting and wood replacement, to name a few. The landscaping is always kept up and is particularly appealing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests I have made (very few) are responded to in a quick and thorough fashion. A functioning fireplace is a nice final touch!

I Moved to Texas in 2018 and have lived at the Richmond Oaks Apartments for close to 4 years now. I have found it to be a safe, clean and nice place to live. Many improvements have been made like repainting the exterior and replacing any old, worn-down wood panels on all the buildings. The office staff are friendly and very easy to talk to. Any questions are taken seriously, and household concerns are given to maintenance with good response time.

Everything has been amazing and was such a smooth and easy process to move in and the staff is amazing!
